led by captain T, G, Muntugmerie, named Masherbrum Peak
as K1 due to non availability of sceintific equipment in
that era the team sat in high place in Deosai and from there
they figure Masherbrum the highest peak in Karakoram range
and gave the name K1.
The first ascent made by the Pak-America

the south of the Baltoro Glacier. The summit's sheer north
face is a perfect pyramid, with steep narrow ridges rising
